Mylan Comments on Teva's Agreement to Acquire Allergan's Generic Drug Unit

(NASDAQ: MYL) today issued the following statement regarding Teva's (NYSE and TASE: TEVA) announcement of its entry into an agreement to acquire Allergan's Generic Drug Unit and its withdrawal of its unsolicited expression of interest to acquire Mylan.
